These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and fachai68 ("fachai68", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fachai68 online gaming platform accessible at https://fachai68.cam (the "Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and related features offered therein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on fachai68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fachai68 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gaming and sports betting activities. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, state, or national laws. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cool-off period, or account restriction imposed by fachai68 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, or contractor of fachai68, or an immediate family member of such a person.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. You acknowledge that fachai68 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

fachai68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer.
• Maximum Deposit: RM30,000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP members upon written request.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for standard accounts.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Processing may take longer if additional verification documents are required.

• Transaction Fees: fachai68 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User.

fachai68 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or resolution of an active bonus wagering requirement.

fachai68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Multiple accounts are not entitled to receive duplicate bonuses.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the specified wagering multiplier before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 30x, depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no monetary value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• fachai68 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or system errors.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, device, or shared IP address.
• Bets placed with Bonus Funds that are subsequently reversed or voided will not contribute to wagering requirements.

Users who attempt to circumvent bonus terms — including through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering with other accounts — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on the fachai68 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category, sport, or event. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User after acceptance, except where fachai68 explicitly provides a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• fachai68 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an evident pricing error, system malfunction, or publication of incorrect odds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or independent data provider will be considered final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by event, market type, and user tier.
• For live sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events, prices and availability may change rapidly. fachai68 is not liable for delays between odds display and acceptance.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any leg is voided, it is typically removed from the parlay and the remaining legs continue. Specific Mix Parlay rules are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai68 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, including through the use of family members, associates, or third parties.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated wagering, minimum-risk betting patterns, or abuse of welcome offers across multiple accounts.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated wagering system to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: Any form of coordinated play with other Users intended to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a means of concealing the origin or ownership of those funds. fachai68 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer its software, or interfere with its operation in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting resolution through fachai68 support.

fachai68 is committed to operating as a responsible gaming platform and is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures on all Members prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during your membership at fachai68's discretion.

You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Photo Identification: A valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (e.g., TNB electricity bill, SYABAS water bill), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your current residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshots or confirmation documents for your registered payment channels (e.g., Maybank, Touch 'n Go eWallet), demonstrating ownership.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identification document, taken against a plain background.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. fachai68 will not release KYC documents to any third party except as required by law.

fachai68 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your Wallet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fachai68, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings due to service interruptions, system failures, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from delays, errors, or omissions in the transmission or receipt of data between your device and our servers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game descriptions, odds, or promotional material, where such information contains inadvertent errors.

fachai68's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the fachai68 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall arrangement and compilation of such content — is the exclusive property of fachai68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

fachai68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account belongs to an individual under the age of 21.
• Closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, fachai68 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method after any investigation is concluded and legal obligations are satisfied, unless forfeiture is required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which fachai68 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact fachai68 support in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the matter to be resolved internally. fachai68 takes all complaints seriously and aims to provide a fair, timely resolution to all Member disputes.

fachai68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Members via their registered email address or through an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
